Programming:

Genre: Duel
Tape Loader: Stoat's Turbo Tape
This was a playable demo I wrote as a game part for Covenant's demo,
Death or Glory. Unfortunately, due to various difficulties with this
demo part, I could not work out how to get the background collision
working, so as deadline was so close. I decided to scrap this entire
game. It was pretty nice looking, but sadly I never made it or finished
it. This is a game for 2 players only. Blast each other to smithereens
by firing your cannons and watch those ships sink. Well sadly it does
not work that way :o)

This is a Christmas game I wrote back in 2003. Play the role of Father
Christmas, who has to blast snow balls at the deadly christmas objects.
This game is WORSE than many other festive games that made it to the
Commodore 64. On the plus side, this was my FIRST EVER working
HORIZONTAL SCROLLING shoot 'em up game. It's a shame the playabiliy
isn't all that good. Please try it out for yourself anyway.
Give the Dog a Bone
(Playable Demo) Programming:
Richard Bayliss
Graphics: Richard Bayliss
Music: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Collect and Avoid
Tape Loader: Stoat's Turbo Tape
This game is a playable demo, which was part of the Assemble IT feature
on hardware Sprite/Background collision registers. Guide your pooch
around the maze, and get the bone, but watch out for the deadly walls
and traps. Sort of Balloonacy - with dogs :o)
Gravity Programming:

Graphics: Richard Bayliss
Music: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Arcade - Lunar Lander
Tape Loader: Dosoft D2T Loader
My first ever luna lander game. Still buggy, but sort of playable,
despite those little issues. The object of this game is to land your
saucer on to the landing pad , but watch out for the deadly alien
spheres. Collide into one of those and your space ship will become
toast. If you land enough times on to the pad, then you will move on to
the very next level. Best of luck commander!
Gravity 2 Programming:
Richard Bayliss
Graphics: Richard Bayliss
Music: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Arcade - Lunar Lander
Tape Loader: Dosoft D2T Loader
Lunar lander game sequel. Still buggy, and also playable,
despite those little issues. The object of this game is to land your
saucer on to the landing pad , but watch out for the deadly alien
ships. Collide into one of those and your space ship will become
smashed. To make things more challenging, the landing pad this time
round moves left and right. Quite a funny idea, but makes gameplay much
difficult and fun. Plenty of hardcore SID techno music this time round.
Gravity 3 Programming:
Richard Bayliss
Graphics: Richard Bayliss, Hiram Kumper
Music: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Arcade - Lunar Lander
Tape Loader: Dosoft D2T Loader
The last ever game in the Gravity series, featuring much nicer
graphics, with special thanks to Zeitgeist/Civitas. Your mission is to
pick up medical cargo from the delivery ship above Planet Zerox. Then
deliver the cargo to the Lunar HQ, by landing on the landing pad.
Unfortunately your mission will be quite a tough one, as an evil alien
empire knew about your delivery. So they decided to send a load of
their assorted alien ships to guard the planet and smash into you.
While you are landing your space craft, make sure you avoid collision
with the alien ships, otherwise you could lose a life. This game was
entered for the game compo at the Vision 2003 Party, and won the
competition - as there were no other Commodore 64 entries for this
compo. :o)
Grid Zone Programming:

Graphics: Richard Bayliss, Johan Janssen
Music: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Collect and Avoid
Tape Loader: Dance-A-Load/Martyload
Dare you enter the Grid Zone? ... You are Ned the Dog, who has been
transported to the Evil Traxxonian's Grid Zone, while his girlfriend,
Daisy ended up trapped in a laser powered cell. It is up to Ned to
collect all of those crystals from all 8 zones of the Grid Zone, and
get Daisy out to safety. One problem ... Ned has to face two laser
cannons and a floating orb to make the game more tougher. Also, Ned
can't touch the black areas as they are ... Holes ... Whooooo!
Grid Zone - Remix Programming:
Richard Bayliss
Graphics: Richard Bayliss, Johan Janssen
Music: Richard Bayliss
Genre: Collect and Avoid
Tape Loader: Dance-A-Load/Martyload
This is Grid Zone, with some new redesigned levels and also additional
attack formations, depending on what level the player is at!. Help Ned
the dog collect gems, and watch out for those powerful lasers and nasty
black holes. Also don't touch that orb. Although it looks harmless,
it's deadly. Ned can protect himself (a certain number of times) by
releasing a shield (Operated by the Fire button) for a temporary amount
of time. You only have a certain limit to use those shields. Nothing
lasts forever. Can you break through all 16 levels? The higher the
level, the more black holes there are later on in the game.
