AMAZON TALES
Progamming: Richard
Graphics: Alf Yngve
Sound Effects/Music: Richard

This is a horizontal smooth scrolling run and throw stones at 'em up. Deep in the heart of the Amazon Jungle, lived a Vet. He was part of a tribe. He went to vaccinate an elephant, until the scared creature escaped into the deeper parts of the jungle, nowhere to be seen. The tribe weren not very happy with you, so you set off into the jungle in search for the missing elephant. You take control of the vet, who must venture through the jungle in order to locate and rescue the terrified elephant. The jungle is a dangerous place, and consists of various roaming animals and nasty critters. Luckily, you can knock them out by throwing rocks. Watch out for rival tribes, and other obstacles.

Amazon Tales consists of a 5x5 tiles scroller, which was made by Alf Yngve in SEUCK  (Although this is most definitely NOT a SEUCK game). The source code consists an implementation 5x5 tiles map scroller, and also includes a colour scroll based on the colour of tiles that was set by Alf, himself.

BIONIK GRANNY RETURNS

Progamming: Richard
Graphics: Richard, JSL
Sound Effects/Music: Richard

Who would have thought of it? A remake of probably the most laughed at game of all time. Back in 2010, just for a laugh. I played Bionic Granny, and found it to be pretty much naff. I thought that I should create a tribute game and show how the game would have turned out. This is a much more playable and fun little game. Fast forward 14 years, and the cantankerous old lady has travelled to the future. Society has changed a lot. While she was heading down to the local supermarket, pushers and shovers kept on pushing her out of her way. Now in order to solve the problem. Granny sets off waiting outside each place she hates, and is ready to whack the folk hard with her cane.

(Tape loader with master and loading picture + extras are not included, but can be downloaded from the TND GAMES page.

BLAP 'N BASH Revisited
Progamming: Richard
Graphics:Richard
Music: Richard

A slightly more complex, and enhanced version of the weird breakout game Blap 'n Bash, with a few in game improvements, as well as nicer graphics. Redesigned levels, etc. There was originally an older version of Blap'n Bash embedded into the source code, but sadly a lot of the code for that particular version got messed up. So at the end I decided to delete the older BLAP 'N BASH code, tidy things up a little and give you this special 16KB Cartridge version, which I made specially for the RGCD 16KB Cartridge competition back in 2016.

ASSEMBLER FORMAT:  C64 STUDIO / ACME

BLASTOPIA DX
Progamming: Richard
Graphics:Saul Cross
Music: Richard

A much more enhanced version of Blastopia, this time featuring, brand new tunes, awesome newly remixed levels, stunning graphics, 4x4 tile map based smooth scrolling. It's one of these fun shmups, in which you must fight against swarms aliens, rescue camels and hit the landing pad.

INVERT
Progamming: Richard
Graphics: Richard, Achim Volkers, JSL
Music: Richard

This is a C64 puzzle game I originally wrote back in 2013 for the second RGCD 16KB Cartridge Competition. The game made it to 9th place in the competition. I wanted to expand the game further, by adding some final touches to it. Those included an intro, level editor and end sequence. The game concept is pretty much a simple one. You are a bluey blob, who has been captured by an evil monster. He is transported into an arena, in which he has to unlock each cell, simply by lighting up all of the reversible tiles. Unfortunately the monster guards, the Chatterz want to make your blob's quest even harder. Simply by throwing bombs as the run around on top of the floor. You also have to face time. This game was quite addictive to some of the gamers, now I am very pleased to bring to you the binary and C64Studio project with source code.

LET'S INVADE

Progamming: Richard
Graphics: Richard
Sound Effects/Music: Richard

Let's Invade is my own tribute to the classic Space Invaders game. It mixes some visual effects with trance music, and fun retro game play. The game story is where planet Earth has been sucked into a deep mysterious void, and the aliens start coming out of the mother ship. In order to stop the alien invasion. The player has to fight 40 different waves of alien invaders, and avoid the aliens crashing down to the earth's surface. The aliens will not move a complete row, before they drop, to make things more challenging. The game uses multiple raster beams, which generate more than 8 sprites on screen. We all know that the Commodore 64 can only display 8 sprites in a row. It doesn't mean the the C64 can only display 8 sprites on screen. With aid of raster splits that trick is well and truly possible. As you can see when you play this game.

You can destroy evil aliens, by rescuing baby sheep and activate smart bombs, using the spacebar. Once successfully engaged, aliens will disappear - warning. This will also affect baby sheep. In order to fix this, you have to fight against your own defences and alien ships and then enter the security complex, through to the underground zone, where the infected is mainframe. Progamming: Sensible Software, Jon Wells,  Richard
Graphics:Alf Yngve
Music: Richard

First originally released as an entry for the Official C64 SEUCK Compo, a few years back and also, winning the comeptition. Forgotten Forest is an enhanced SEUCK game creation, which got released as a bonus game on the Shoot 'Em Up Destruction Set #2 by Psytronik Software back in 2011. Alf wanted to do a Halloween release, so I decided to quickly add a couple more features at short notice.  Play the role of a hero, armed with a flame thrower. Your mission is to enter the forgotten forest, find the demon and destroy it, before it devours any more souls. Can you journey safely through the forest and fight the evil creatures of darkness, or will you become one of the fallen?
